Miami attorney David B. Rothman reappointed to Florida Bar Foundation board

DavidRothman_adjustedMAITLAND, Fla. — Miami attorney David B. Rothman has been reappointed by The Florida Bar to a three-year term on the board of The Florida Bar Foundation, a statewide charitable organization whose mission is to provide greater access to justice.

A partner in Rothman & Associates, P.A., Rothman practices federal and state criminal defense and bar defense. He earned his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Florida.

Rothman served on The Florida Bar Board of Governors for more than a decade. He also was president of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association from 1997-98. In 2007, he led “Put More Back,” a two-year campaign to boost attorney pro bono hours in Miami-Dade County.

A Florida Bar Foundation Fellow, Rothman began his new term July 1.
