Attorney Raymond Reid to serve on Florida Bar Foundation board

Jacksonville attorney Raymond Reid has been appointed to a three-year term on the board of The Florida Bar Foundation, a statewide charitable organization whose mission is to provide greater access to justice. His term begins July 1, 2018.

Reid is a partner at Pajcic & Pajcic, focusing his practice in the areas of personal injury, products liability, trucking law and medical malpractice. Prior to his current practice, he served both as assistant state attorney for the 4th Judicial Circuit and then as an assistant general counsel for the City of Jacksonville.

He is co-founder and president of the Haitian-American Professional Association of Northeast Florida. He has served on the Ethics Commission for the City of Jacksonville and co-chaired a Jacksonville Community Council Inc. study that analyzed the city’s homicide rates.

Reid received both his bachelor’s and juris doctor from the University of Florida, where he received the College of Law Outstanding Minority Award in 1994.
