Former Florida Bar Foundation president and Medal of Honor recipient Terry Russell has passed away. Russell won the Medal of Honor in 2008 for his exceptional lifelong compassion and undaunting efforts to secure state funding for legal assistance for the poor through the Florida Access to Civil Legal Assistance Act. Russell also served as president of The Florida Bar in 2001-02. Read more.
